Cash-Ins
Cash-ins, where the original purchase was made by Visa or FirePay, will be
refunded back up to an amount that does not exceed your initial purchases.
Amounts in excess of your original purchases will be refunded to you by way of
bank draft/check via mail, Registered Mail, or by FedEx (a service charge will
apply).
PayPal users - your cash-in request will be treated in the following manner:
- If you've previously purchased casino credits by credit card then your
cash-in will be applied to your credit card first - up to your original
credit card purchase amounts.
- If there is a remaining amount to be refunded, then the cash-in will be
next credited to your PayPal account - up to your original PayPal purchase
amounts.
- Finally - if the amount to be refunded exceeds both the credit card and
PayPal original purchase amounts the remainder will be refunded to you by
bank draft/check.
All other cash-ins will be refunded by bank draft/check.

Cash-in's involving Bank Drafts or Checks can be sent:
By Federal Express
Have it sent by Federal Express, minus the delivery cost.

The service charge is generally $25 U.S. but may change at any time.
By Registered Mail
Have it sent by Registered Mail, minus the delivery cost.

- Street Mailing Address
The service charge is generally $6 U.S. but may change at any time.
By Regular Mail
Have it sent by regular mail.

EH New Ventures Inc. reserves the right to select the manner, whether by
credit card (and to which one or more of your credit cards), check, or by a
combination of these methods, to remit your balance to you. English Harbour New
Ventures Ltd. further reserves the right to combine your different accounts into
one for withdrawal purposes.
